As a Client Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and high satisfaction. By leveraging your strong communication skills and technical proficiency, you will manage inquiries, coordinate service logistics, and drive operational efficiency to support our field teams.

Responsibilities- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications to resolve client inquiries and schedule service appointments.
- Process financial transactions, including credit card payments and refunds, while maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate resource allocation and field technician routing using digital communication tools and email management.
- Drive customer retention by proactively addressing complaints and ensuring resolutions align with service standards.
- Educate clients on service offerings and promotions to enhance their overall experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and survey data to recommend process improvements that increase service quality.
- Maintain administrative documentation and ensure compliance with all safety and operational protocols.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2-4 years of experience in an office environment with a focus on phone-based customer support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform physical office tasks, including lifting up to 20 pounds and operating standard office equipment.
- Completed college coursework.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Demonstrated success in building positive relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
