Salary: $14 an hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments efficiently.

• Dispatch plumbers to job sites based on priority and availability.

• Communicate job details and updates to field technicians.

• Monitor job progress and provide real-time support to technicians.

• Maintain accurate records of work orders, customer interactions, and technician availability.

• Coordinate emergency service calls and adjust schedules as needed.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve scheduling conflicts professionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the plumbing, HVAC, or service industry.

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent situations.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
