The Treatment Coordinator is the bridge between our clinical team and our patients. This role is responsible for helping patients understand their treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and supporting financial and insurance processes to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
• Coordinate scheduling for treatment appointments and follow-ups
• Explain insurance coverage to patients
• Discuss financial arrangements and payment options
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Communicate with patients via phone, text, and email regarding appointments and treatment
• Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and front desk staff
• Support a welcoming, professional, and upbeat office atmosphere

• Previous dental treatment/financial coordinator experience IS A MUST!
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable discussing finances and insurance details
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Open Dental experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
