Dental Assistant Instructor - Cincinnati, OH

Schedule:

Saturdays, 7:30am – 6:30pm (breaks included).

Note:

teaching schedule may vary based on morning and/or afternoon class availability.

Location:

Maineville, OH – Cincinnati (In‑Person)

Compensation: $26–$28/hr, depending on experience.

• Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques
• Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols
• Coach students during hands‑on lab practice
• Provide performance feedback and skills assessments
• Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards
• Foster a supportive, structured learning environment

Dental assistants – DA, RDA or EFDA – welcomed – who want to keep practicing during the week while stepping into a mentorship role on Saturdays and who are ready to make an impact beyond the chair.

• 3+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience
• Active Radiology Certification
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Strong communicator: able to explain clinical procedures clearly to learners with no prior experience
• Able to commute to location(s)

Nice‑to‑haves: prior teaching or mentoring experience, Dentrix familiarity, leadership background
