Due to continued growth and success in the region, we are looking for a Clinical Trainer to support our customers in Northern Germany, with a focus on Bremen and surrounding areas
.
In this field-based role, you will act as the primary clinical point of contact for orthodontists, dentists, and dental professionals in your region. You will deliver high-quality clinical education, support digital workflows, and drive adoption of Invisalign treatment and iTero intraoral scanning solutions.
Your mission is to provide best-in-class clinical training and support, enabling customers to become confident experts in digital dentistry.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver virtual and on-site clinical training on Invisalign, iTero intraoral scanners, and related digital solutions (e.g., Clin Check, OrthoCAD, IOC)
- Serve as the primary clinical advisor for orthodontists and dentists in your region
- Conduct regular field visits (
approx. 50–70% travel
) across Northern Germany - Plan and lead trainings, study clubs, and educational events
- Represent Align and iTero at trade fairs, congresses, and customer events
- Provide troubleshooting and clinical/technical support (software & hardware)
- Analyze customer inquiries, complaints, and clinical cases
- Follow up with customers after trainings to support long-term success
- Develop and review clinical education and marketing materials
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to drive product adoption
- Degree in Dentistry or Orthodontics OR qualification as a Master Dental Technician (Zahntechnikermeister) with strong experience in CAD/CAM workflows
- Solid knowledge of digital dentistry solutions (e.g., Invisalign, iTero, ExoCAD, CAD/CAM systems)
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience, ideally in dental/medical environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills with confident presence
- High level of organization, independence, and attention to detail
- Strong IT affinity and experience with digital tools and MS Office
- Willingness to travel (
approx. 50–70%) - Valid driver’s license (Class
B)
