About The Position
A full-time General Dentist opportunity is available at a well-established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving a rural community in eastern Ohio. This is a true “bread and butter” general dentistry role within a community health setting. Providers typically see 10–15 patients per day
, along with up to 20 hygiene checks daily
. The patient population includes a mix of Medicaid and commercially insured individuals

- Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Extractions
- Digital X-rays
- Restorative dentistry
- Preventive care and cleanings
- Patient education and oral hygiene instruction
- Crown & bridge
- Sealants
- Dentures and partials

- $180,000 – $200,000
- 2 weeks (80 hours) paid time off at start; 3 weeks (120 hours) after 3 years; 4 weeks (160 hours) after 9 years
- 7 days sick leave annually (unused days eligible for buyback)
- 6 major holidays + 2 additional board-approved days (Thanksgiving & Christmas)
- Health, vision, and dental insurance (effective first of the following month)

- Term life insurance (1x salary, up to $150,000, after 90 days)
