Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay range: $XX-$XX per hour (negotiable based on experience). Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Relocation bonus and additional compensation opportunities.

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services under the general supervision of a dentist.
• Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride applications, and related procedures.
• Offer same‑day care opportunities and provide excellent customer service.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatment options.
• Assess patient dental conditions, review medical histories, and chart dental/perio data.
• Maintain compliance with all government regulations and company standards.
• Assist with charting and record‑keeping, including taking x‑rays when necessary.
• Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process.
• Support the office by providing general administrative assistance as required.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
