A full-time General Dentist opportunity is available at a well-established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving a rural community in eastern Ohio.

Schedule:

• Monday Friday: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
• 40 hours per week

Clinical Scope:

• Extractions
• Digital X-rays
• Restorative dentistry
• Preventive care and cleanings
• Patient education and oral hygiene instruction
• Crown & bridge
• Sealants
• Dentures and partials

This is a true bread and butter general dentistry role within a community health setting. Providers typically see patients per day, along with up to 20 hygiene checks daily. The patient population includes a mix of Medicaid and commercially insured individuals, offering a diverse and rewarding clinical experience.

The clinic utilizes electronic health records through the eClinical

Works dental module, supporting efficient workflow and coordinated care. As part of a broader integrated health system, the organization emphasizes access to care, prevention, and serving underserved populations in the region.

Salary:

• $180,000 $ 200,000

Paid Time Off:

• 2 weeks (80 hours) starting
• 3 weeks (120 hours) after 3 years
• 4 weeks (160 hours) after 9 years

Sick Leave:

• 7 days annually (unused days eligible for buyback)

Holidays:

• 6 major holidays + 2 additional board-approved days (Thanksgiving & Christmas)
