We’re looking for a unique Applied Psychologist to redefine learning experiences using neuroscience, design, and AI. This isn’t a typical learning‑design role—your impact will shape the entire Paradox OS ecosystem.

• Create science‑backed learning experience architecture, from design to execution
• Design engaging journeys that captivate both heart and brain, using storytelling, copy, and soundscapes
• Develop and iterate protocols, loops, personalization layers, and AI agents to deliver adaptive, transformative coaching cycles
• Script learning experiences and AI conversations that resonate on a human level
• Partner with experts to craft premium, cinematic courses and co‑create content with top performers
• Conduct user research, iterate on data insights, define transformation KPIs, and champion continuous improvement
• Be user‑obsessed: analyze patterns, identify friction points, and propose behaviorally‑grounded solutions

• 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education)
• Proof of shipping a major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable impact
• Comfortable using AI tools and Figma
• Portfolio showcasing at least one cinematic/narrative‑rich course or learning program

• Craft‑obsessed, self‑motivated, and outcome‑driven, willing to work beyond 9‑5
• Strong editorial skills and high‑quality content production
• Aesthetic sensibility: care about the feeling of the course
• User and impact‑obsessed: think in outcomes, not outputs
• Critical thinker who transforms vague problems into clear hypotheses and data‑driven solutions
• Digital and AI savvy, capable of building AI agents or learning to do so

• French: native level
• English: fluent (conversational and writing)
• Written communication in English is required
