The Registered Architect / Architectural Discipline Lead is responsible for architectural design, technical review, code adaptation, permitting support, construction administration, and project delivery for modular data center projects in the United States.
This position serves as the architectural discipline lead and ensures that site planning, building layouts, spatial organization, building envelopes, fire and life safety, accessibility, and architectural details comply with applicable state and local requirements, client standards, and relevant U.S. codes.
Once actively licensed in the applicable project jurisdiction, the position will assume relevant professional and signing-and-sealing responsibilities for architectural documents.
