• Autonomy & Variety:
  Practice full-scope optometry—everything from routine exams to ocular disease management—without corporate restrictions.
• Advanced Technology:
  Utilize the latest equipment, including Optos, autorefractor, I-care tonometry, virtual visual field, red light therapy, and IPL. Training provided as needed!

  Build meaningful, long-term patient relationships in an authentic small-town atmosphere.

  Enjoy a flexible schedule with no late nights or weekends. Typical hours:
  Monday 9–6, Tuesday–Thursday 8:30–5, and expanded hours as our team grows.

• Competitive Compensation:
  Hybrid pay structure—$475/day plus 15% of collected revenue. Benefits include a Simple IRA, PTO (for full-time), CE reimbursement, and malpractice insurance.

• Average 2.5 exams per hour (20–24 patients/day)
• Work alongside a dedicated team of 6 cross-trained staff who support clinical and optical operations

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
• Strong clinical competence and professionalism
• Excellent communication and chairside manner
• Optical/revenue awareness and reliability
• Passion for outstanding patient care
• Interest in medical optometry, dry eye, or specialty contact lenses is a plus!
