Inpatient We are seeking a qualified Physician specializing in Thoracic Surgery - Cardio Thoracic Surgery for a locum tenens opportunity near Shreve, OH. This position is available starting from 06-04-2024 with an ongoing need for coverage. The ideal candidate will be fellowship-trained and eligible for board certification. ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required. The coverage type is call only, and the practice setting is primarily inpatient.
Shifts vary, and the department has a capacity of 6 beds. Rounding duties include both inpatient and outpatient settings. Temporary privileges are available, and the facility is stroke certified. Compensation includes 2-4 gratis requested on a 24-hour call rate. Additional coverage opportunities will be available throughout the year. We aim to maintain the provider on the roster for our 12 weeks of PTO coverage annually.
