- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Rate Type: Hourly/daily
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (no call, no weekends)
- Physicians in Practice: 3
- Other Rad Oncs: Present during coverage
- APP: 1 during coverage
- Patient Coverage: Outpatient
- Average Patients Per Day: 20-30 on treatment
- Patient Population: Adult
- EMR: Epic
- Conventional Radiotherapy
- External Beam Radiation - IMRT
- Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
- Board Certification: Required
- OH License: Preferred; willing to accept providers needing to obtain license
- BLS/ACLS Certification: Required
- Availability: Full-time availability only
- Flu Vaccine: Required at the time of credentialing
- COVID Vaccine: Preferred
