This outpatient primary care facility provides family medicine services to patients of all ages in Ohio. The facility operates during standard business hours and maintains established clinical protocols to support quality patient care delivery.

Ohio offers a range of cultural and recreational attractions, including nationally recognized museums, outdoor recreation areas, and entertainment venues. The state provides year-round activities such as hiking, festivals, and arts and cultural experiences across its diverse regions. Clinicians on assignment will find accessible options for leisure and exploration throughout the area.

The physician will provide outpatient family medicine services to patients of all ages in a clinic setting Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing acute and chronic conditions across all age groups, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Clinicians are expected to manage approximately 15-20 patients per day, with on-site APP support available. No call coverage is required for this position.
