An established regional healthcare system seeks a Family Practice physician for a hospital‑employed outpatient practice offering competitive compensation and a highly manageable schedule with half days on Fridays and extremely rare call. First‑year physicians can earn up to $350,000 base salary, $35,000 annual bonuses, $52,000 sign‑on, and additional incentives including loan repayment up to $200,000 and a stipend for residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and routine in‑office procedures in a supportive, team‑based environment.
