AWO Sozialzentrum Redwitz sucht eine/n Pflegefachkraft mit Sonderaufgaben in Vollzeit. Sie koordinieren Maßnahmen der gerontopsychiatrischen Betreuung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner und unterstützen das Pflegeteam fachlich bei der Umsetzung.
Sie planen pflegerische Maßnahmen passgenau, verantworten Planung, Steuerung und Evaluation des Pflegeprozesses und arbeiten vertrauensvoll mit Bewohnern, Angehörigen und Kollegen zusammen.
