Cardiologists can earn up to $800K or more in the first year, including base and bonus incentives. Salaries can start as high as $720K+ with additional bonuses up to $70K+, a $100K sign‑on bonus, and $200K in student loan repayment. Compensation for call duties is also available, and productivity can further increase earnings.
