Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor - Adult Psychiatrist

UToledo Health and the University of Toledo College of Medicine isseeking a full-time Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor to jointhe Department of Psychiatry as we expand our academic and clinical enterprise. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing the field of psychiatry through clinical care, teaching,research, and scholarly activities. This position offers a uniqueand dynamic opportunity to make significant contributions topatient care and education in an academic setting as a new graduateor as an advanced professional.

• Provide direct and comprehensive patient care services including, but not limited to, Adult Psychiatric Consultation Service (which covers inpatient med/surg units and ED),Neuromodulation (ECT and TMS), as well as limited outpatient services.
• Participate in academic activities including teaching,mentorship and supervision of medical students, residents, fellows,and other trainees.
• Collaborate and participate in conducting clinical research trials and other assignments according to the needs of the department.

• Medical degree MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
  - Must beobtain & maintain within three (3) years from hire.
• Unrestricted OH Medical license
• Unrestricted DEA license

• Demonstrated commitment to excellence in clinical care,education.
• Strong people skills and ability to work effectively in acollaborative academic environment.
• Experienced in teaching and supervision of medical students,residents, and fellows preferred.
• Interest and experience in research is a plus.
