Clinical and administrative leadership position with 75% clinical, 25% administrative duties
Monday – Friday schedule with shared phone call coverage
Comprehensive on-site diagnostic services including advanced cardiac testing
Lead and mentor primary care providers in value-based care initiatives
Management experience required with focus on provider development and performance
State-of-the-art outpatient facility with full diagnostic capabilities
Board certification in geriatric medicine required
Excellent support staff
