Job Description Occupational Physician (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS:
  • Advise and support employees and managers on all aspects of occupational medicine and workplace health protection
  • Independently perform occupational health assessments, fitness-for-work examinations, and medical consultations in accordance with legal requirements
  • Provide outpatient medical care for employees, including first aid and emergency medical treatment
  • Assess work‑related health risks and advise on preventive measures to promote employee health and occupational safety
  • Support the safe handling of hazardous substances and contribute your occupational health expertise to workplace risk assessments
  • Collaborate closely with Occupational Safety, Human Resources, Health Management, and other internal and external stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Board-certified Specialist in Occupational Medicine, or board-certified specialist in a patient care discipline with the willingness to complete specialist training in Occupational Medicine
  • Solid experience in independent patient care and emergency medicine
  • Ideally, knowledge of occupational health surveillance and the assessment of hazardous substances
  • Responsible, independent, and structured way of working
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills, combined with a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
