Location: Gallipolis
Holzer Health System in Gallipolis, Ohio is recruiting an additional BE/BC Optometrist to join our team of over 150 providers across more than 30 medical specialties.
Practice Details
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations with a focus on diagnosing and managing vision disorders and ocular disease
- Provide care for a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Provide pre- and post- operative care for surgical Ophthalmology patients
- Assess, triage, and manage urgent eye conditions and Ophthalmic emergencies
- No responsibility for eyeglass or contact lens sales, as there is no on-site optical shop
- Rotate between Gallipolis and Jackson clinic locations
- Collaborate closely with a team of two Ophthalmologists and two Optometrists
- Maintain an average daily patient volume of 25-30 patients
- Supported by two Ophthalmic Technicians
Recruitment Package
- Guaranteed two-year salary floor plus production incentive

- Generous time off: 30 days annually (increases with tenure), up to 5 days CME, and up to 8 holidays
