We are seeking a Full-time Physician to conduct In-Home Health Evaluations in members' residences, fostering trusted relationships to improve health outcomes.
Responsibilities include performing 45-minute assessments involving medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and optional diagnostic tests, using an iPad for clinical workflows. The role requires local travel across a defined coverage area, possibly involving overnight stays and transportation arrangements. Physicians will provide diagnostic and preventive services
, conduct virtual visits as needed, and support personalized health evaluations.
Qualifications include active, unrestricted licenses in the coverage area, ability to obtain multi-state licenses, and flexibility to cover all counties within the region. Experience in primary care or in-home assessments is preferred.
