Orthopedic Surgeon - $1 Million Year 1, Growth Potential, & $100K Bonus in Ohio
A hospital‑employed orthopedic team is seeking a Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing program with exceptional earning potential. Surgeons can earn $1 million or more first year including base and bonus incentives. Salaries can start as high as $908K and offer bonuses up to $90K in addition to a $100K sign‑on bonus and $200K in student loans. There will also be opportunity to surpass these income numbers by way of productivity.

This position focuses on sports medicine procedures including shoulder and knee arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, meniscus repair, and cartilage restoration
, with opportunities to expand into elbow and hip arthroscopy. You’ll work in a modern hospital campus and will be supported by a collaborative team, handling a mix of clinic and surgical responsibilities. Expect a weekday schedule and leave before noon on Fridays!

Qualifications- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Sports Medicine is preferred
- Eligible for medical licensure in OH
- Interest in arthroscopy and sports injury procedures
- Ability to collaborate with orthopedic team and referral network
