Emergency Medicine Physician

Sound Physicians is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join their team in Greenfield, OH. In this role, you will provide top-quality care within a rural emergency department seeing 8,500 patients annually alongside a close-knit and collaborative team. • Join our close-knit team of 6 physicians at Adena Greenfield
• Work alongside a fantastic team of emergency and hospital medicine colleagues, providing an excellent variety of pathology
• Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools
• Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts
• Our emergency department provides single doctor coverage with 24-hour shifts available (9a-9p; 9p-9a)

Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality care to a rural emergency department seeing 8,500 patients annually
• Foster collaboration and support among team members
• Emphasize proper, careful, and safe patient treatment as a core focus
• Utilize advanced medical technology and handle transfers through the Covenant Transfer Center
• Use EPIC as the electronic medical record system

Compensation

• Hourly 1099 compensation is $240 for days and $250 nights

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, or PRN positions available
• 24-hour shifts available (9a-9p; 9p-9a)

Requirements

• Board-certified/eligible in Emergency Medicine or board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Medical license or eligible to become licensed in Ohio
• Authorized to work in the United States
