The school is a certified member of the Council of International Schools (CIS).We wish to hire a dedicated and qualified Science Teacher of Chemistry and Biology (m/f/d) with experience in teaching Secondary School Science to join our dynamic educational institution full-time.

The teacher will be expected to create and deliver engaging Science lessons that captivate students' interest and foster a deep understanding of scientific concepts and inquiry skills. This encompasses not only conveying theoretical knowledge but also applying innovative, hands-on and inquiry-based teaching methodologies to cultivate critical thinking skills and real-world applicability.

• Delivery of the Cambridge Lower Secondary Science program and theIGCSE Chemistry and IGCSE Biology programs.
• Be responsible for the high quality of teaching and learning of the students.
• Be responsible for student progress and welfare.
• To create and maintain positive learning environments with the students.
• To have up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the professionalduties of teachers.
• To take responsibility for implementing school policies.

• A formal teaching qualification such as PGCE, PGdip, BEd, MEd, Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent teaching qualification and evidence of inservice training.
• Experience with Lower and Upper Secondary School Science is required.
• Knowledge, Skills and Experience of the IGCSE
• IB MYP/DP is advantageous.
• Experience of working in an international school is desired.
• Good teaching and communication skills, both written and verbal.
