Northridge High School is seeking a dynamic and student-centered leader to serve as Head Varsity Volleyball Coach for the 2026 school year. Northridge takes pride in its athletic tradition, strong community support, and commitment to excellence both in competition and the classroom.

Responsibilities- Provide leadership for the entire volleyball program (7–12)
- Develop and implement a comprehensive program focused on skill development and team culture
- Promote academic achievement, sportsmanship, and character development
- Ensure compliance with all district and OHSAA regulations
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, staff, and the community
- Previous coaching experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Valid Pupil Activity Permit (or ability to obtain)
- Completion of required certifications and background checks
