Salary: $110 per day. After 60 days, base pay at step 0 of the negotiated agreement.

Starting Date: August 31, 2026

Qualifications: Valid license in grades 4-9 or PK-8 from the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce.

• Develop short- and long‑range lesson plans aligned with school and district goals.
• Utilize the adopted mathematics curriculum, adapting to individual student needs and differences.
• Implement ongoing assessment programs to diagnose and track student progress.
• Adjust the physical classroom environment to support varied learning situations.
• Cooperate with other teachers to maintain continuity of instruction.
• Manage time efficiently, keep accurate records, and organize the classroom to ease substitute instruction.
• Motivate students through positive feedback, praise, rewards, and varied instructional techniques.
• Encourage student participation in class discussions and creative expression when appropriate.
• Employ technology and instructional resources to support learning and assessment.
• Foster a respectful and collaborative learning environment, supporting independent and group work.
• Engage in professional development, committee work, and policy implementation.
• Supervise student behavior on school property and conduct parent conferences as needed.

Competitive base pay with step adjustments after 60 days and full access to school resources and support staff.
