Overview
We serve students aged 5–21 with autism and emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges, focusing on individualized learning, therapeutic integration, and collaboration to empower student growth. As an Instructional Coach, you will enhance teaching practices through collaborative coaching, support standards‑based instruction, and promote inclusive, engaging learning environments.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's in special education or a related field.
- Valid Pennsylvania Instructional II certification.
- Experience coaching or mentoring teachers.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum alignment.
- Observe and model teaching practices.
- Support data analysis to inform instruction.
- Provide professional development to improve educator effectiveness.
