Description: Northridge Local Schools is anticipating seeking a dynamic and passionate Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources (AFNR) Teacher to join our high school team. The ideal candidate will inspire students through hands‑on, real‑world learning in areas such as agricultural science, animal and plant systems, food production, natural resource management, and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering engaging instruction aligned with Ohio AFNR content standards
• Leading and advising FFA and other student organizations
• Coordinating SAE (Supervised Agricultural Experience) projects
• Maintaining the school greenhouse, garden, or lab space as applicable
• Collaborating with local agricultural partners and community stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio teaching license in Agriculture or CTE AFNR
• Experience in agriculture education and/or industry preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
