Part‑time, 29–30 hours per week, $20 per hour. Year‑round position covering School‑Year After‑School Programs and Summer Camp. Summer hours vary between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. Monday–Friday required on‑site hours during the school year.
Position OverviewHealthy Kids Programs is seeking a results‑driven Multi‑Site Director to oversee before and after school childcare programs in Ravenna and Monroeville, OH.
The leadership role ensures high‑quality programming, strong enrollment, staffing stability, payroll oversight, and full regulatory compliance across the assigned sites. The Director supports Site Directors and staff, conducts regular site visits, manages staffing needs, and ensures each program operates safely.

- Support enrollment growth and maintain healthy program capacity.
- Monitor attendance trends, waitlists, and program demand.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum age 20 years.
- High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent qualifying documentation.
- Medically cleared to work with children.
- Required Tdap and MMR immunizations, and screened for tuberculosis (TB).
Candidates must meet ONE of the following qualification options:
- Associate degree or higher in child development, early childhood education, or a related field approved by ODJFS from an accredited college or technical college.
- Current Pre‑Kindergarten Associate License issued by the Ohio Department of Education.
- Current Infant and Toddler or Early Childhood Credential from a program accredited by the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education.
- Two years of training that includes at least four courses in child development or early childhood education from an accredited college or technical college.
- Current Ohio Administrator Credential approved by ODJFS.
- Current Ohio School‑Age Administrator Professional Endorsement (for candidates serving only school‑age children).
