There will be a coaching opportunity available at Olentangy High School for the 2026-27 academic year.
Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible for a valid Pupil Activity Permit with the Ohio Department of Education. The permit comprises four components:
Fundamentals of Coaching;
Concussion Training; valid CPR certification; and First Aid, Health and Safety for Coaches.
Essential functions:
- Exhibit professional behavior, stability, and sound judgment.
- Ensure the safety of students and respond appropriately to crisis situations.
- Promote good public relations.
- Communicate ideas and directives effectively.
- Keep abreast of new techniques and innovations.
