Role DescriptionThe Adult Center Director is a full-time on-site position based in Nelsonville, OH. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the Adult Career Center, including managing staff, developing educational programs, and collaborating with industry and community partners. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, creating innovative strategies for program growth, managing budgets, and driving enrollment. The Adult Center Director will also participate in staff recruitment, training, and evaluation to maintain high standards of instruction and student success.
Qualifications- Strong leadership, organization, and team management skills
- Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational oversight
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with program development, curriculum design, or educational administration
- Understanding of industry trends and workforce development needs
- Proficiency in using technology and data analysis tools to support decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in adult education, career services, or a similar educational setting is highly advantageous
