Athletic Admissions Counselor — Recruit & Engage Prospects

Bluffton University is seeking a self-motivated Admissions Counselor to enhance student recruitment efforts at their Bluffton, Ohio campus. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a competitive spirit, and a focus on excellent customer service.

The Admissions Counselor will manage prospective student athletes, conduct personal admissions interviews, and represent the university at various events. A Bachelor's degree and some recruiting or sales experience are required, along with strong organizational skills and a valid driver's license.
