Shoreline Church is seeking a Children and Youth Director to lead and grow a dynamic next-generation ministry. This leader will shape environments where kids and students encounter Jesus, build authentic community, and develop lasting faith.

Key Focus Areas:- Build a clear discipleship pathway from birth through high school
- Ensure that students’ physical/mental/emotional needs are monitored and shepherded well
- Create engaging, Gospel-centered environments
- Partner with families and reach new ones
- Work with the larger church team to support and advance Christ’s Kingdom in Northwest Ohio!
- A clear relationship to Jesus Christ
- Passionate about kids and youth
- Strong leader and communicator
- Organized and responsible
- Aligns with denominational theology and Shoreline’s vision 2030
- While an associate’s, bachelor’s or higher degree in ministry or a related field is preferred, non-degreed candidates are encouraged to apply.

Part time 20-30 hours weekly, 16-20$/hr
