  Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Spanish, Foreign Language Education, or a related field.
• Licensure:
  Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a valid State of Ohio Teaching License / Resident Educator with a Multi‑Age PK‑12 World Language:
  Spanish endorsement.
• Language Proficiency:
  Near‑native or high‑level fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Background Check:
  Clean criminal background check via the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation (BCI).
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor degree.
