High School Varsity Baseball Head Coach

Northridge High School is seeking a dynamic and student-centered leader to serve as Head Varsity Baseball Coach for the  school year. Northridge takes pride in its athletic tradition, strong community support, and commitment to excellence both in competition and the classroom.

Northridge High School - Licking County

Northridge Local Schools serves students in Johnstown and surrounding areas in Licking County. The district is known for its supportive community, commitment to academic excellence, and strong extracurricular programs. Located northeast of Columbus, Johnstown offers a close-knit community atmosphere with access to the opportunities of the greater Columbus area.

• Provide leadership for the entire baseball program (7–12)
• Develop and implement a comprehensive program focused on skill development and team culture
• Promote academic achievement, sportsmanship, and character development
• Ensure compliance with all district and OHSAA regulations
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, staff, and the community

• Previous coaching experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Valid Pupil Activity Permit (or ability to obtain)
• Completion of required certifications and background checks
