Job DescriptionOlentangy Schools is seeking qualified candidates for a Music position at Olentangy Meadows Elementary for the 2026-27 school year. The role is responsible for helping students learn subject matters and skills that facilitate maximum learning experiences and contribute to their development as mature, capable, and responsible adults. The teacher will create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students, and guide the learning process toward the achievement of curricular goals.
Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible to hold valid and appropriate licensure for each position with the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce.
Employment status:
Certified, 185‑day employment contract.
Qualifications for the position include:
- Valid and appropriate Ohio teaching certificate/license
- Bachelor's degree in education from an accredited college or university
- Alternative qualifications as determined by the Superintendent and/or Board of Education may be considered

A letter of interest and current resume must be uploaded in the Attachments section of the application. The Teacher Candidate Assessment is a timed assessment; please set aside approximately 45 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete the assessment and note that multiple attempts are not permitted.
