School Psychologist

NCTA provides comprehensive, student-centered services. Our dedicated team works collaboratively with educators, families and other professionals to provide evidence-based, individualized, and comprehensive support ensuring that all students have the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Position Summary:

NCTA is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to support a great school in Chesterland, Ohio. This is a fantastic opportunity to impact children's health and well-being while enjoying a great work schedule!

General Information

  • Hours:

    Full-Time positions available within school hours (Approx. 8am – 4pm)
  • Pay Range: $55/hour to $70/hour
  • Working Days or Days per week:
    Follows a standard school calendar - 5 days per week
  • Hours per day: 7-8 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students across academic, behavioral, and social-emotional domains while helping schools create environments where students can thrive.
  • Conduct comprehensive psycho educational assessments
  • Collaborate on IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Develop evidence-based interventions for students
  • Provide individual and group counseling support as appropriate
  • Support MTSS / RTI initiatives
  • Partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcome

Qualifications include:

  • Master's or higher in School Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field
  • Valid School Psychologist license required
  • School-based experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Passion for supporting student growth and mental health
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
