St. Francis Xavier School in Willard, Ohio, is accepting resumes for the position of principal for the 2026-27 school year. Principal/Dean/Head of School

• Successful candidates MUST be a practicing Catholic, hold valid Ohio licensure and ideally have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Teacher in a Catholic School. Desired Qualifications are:
  • A passion for Catholic education and demonstrate that passion through professionalism, creativity, and innovative ideas.
  • Working with a diverse student population
  • Candidates must be organized and be able to multi-task.
  • Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and collaboration, in a faith-filled environment.
  • Instructional leadership and supervision of teaching and school personnel
  • Strategic academic planning and accreditation
