The Intervention Specialist provides specially designed instruction and support to students with disabilities in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). This position requires flexibility, as the specific duties and responsibilities will be determined by the needs of the students, ranging from mild to moderate to moderate to intensive disabilities. The Intervention Specialist collaborates with general education teachers, related service providers, families, and administrators to create an inclusive, supportive, and effective learning environment that meets the unique needs of each student.

Job Requirements- Qualifications:
Valid Ohio teaching license as an Intervention Specialist (Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Intensive).
Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
Knowledge of Ohio’s Learning Standards, IEP development, and special education laws and regulations.
Experience in differentiated instruction, co‑teaching, behavior management, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to use assistive technology and adaptive instructional strategies. - Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
