Arrowhead Elementary School in Lewis Center, Ohio is seeking a 1st Grade Certified Long‑Term Substitute starting in September 2026 for approximately 12 weeks.

Salary: $155 to $200 per day

Qualified candidates will be employed through the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio (ESCCO) and must hold or be eligible for valid and appropriate licensure for each position with the Ohio Department of Education and be active on Frontline Absence Management as a certified substitute with ESCCO.

• Observe the ethics of the teaching profession

Certified substitutes are compensated at a rate of $155 per day; $200 per day for days 61+ in a consecutive work assignment. (no benefits).

The Teacher Candidate Assessment will be sent via a separate email. The assessment is timed; please set aside approximately 45 minutes of uninterrupted time before beginning.

Valid and appropriate licensure for the 1st grade position from the Ohio Department of Education and active status as a certified substitute with ESCCO.
