Olentangy Schools is seeking qualified candidates for a Building Secretary, Athletics position available at Olentangy Orange High School for the 2026-27 school year. This position will serve as the secretary to the athletic director and handle essential correspondence, reports, memos, and other information pertinent to the function of the athletic director.
Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible to hold a valid aide permit (where appropriate) for each position with the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce.

Employment status:
Classified, 226‑day employment contract.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid and appropriate Ohio Educational Aide Permit
• Alternative to the above qualifications as determined by the Superintendent and/or Board of Education may be acceptable

Internal candidates (currently employed by Olentangy Schools) must submit an internal online application in Applicant Tracking (School Spring).
