In the framework of the Local Contract of Support to Schooling, we are looking for a facilitator to support children and young people in their learning and work methodology.

Sector of Intervention:
The sessions take place in several municipalities:
Saint-Didier-en-Velay, Saint-Just-Malmont, Saint-Ferréol-d'Auroure, and Aurec-sur-Loire.

Work Schedule:

3 evenings per week, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, plus 2 hours of weekly preparation. Total weekly hours: 8.

Employment Conditions:
Fixed-term contract, annualization of working time, interventions in several municipalities according to the needs of the service. A preparation time, not included in the supervision of children, is allocated and paid separately.

Missions:
School support: methodological help, work organization, individual support. Animation of educational workshops promoting autonomy, confidence, and the desire to learn. Link with families and educational partners. Participation in the preparation and evaluation of sessions.

Interest in education, pedagogy, and animation. Ability to establish a supportive and motivating climate. Autonomy, organization skills, and team spirit. Experience in animation or school support would be an asset.

Position(s) open on the following grade(s) of the Territorial Public Service:
Principal Animation Assistant 2nd Class.

Art. L332-8 provision 5 of the General Code of Territorial Public Service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position because it is a position with a part-time quota of work time below 50%. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
