- Supervise a group of elementary-aged students
- Implement program activities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, families, Y colleagues and school personnel
- Maintain licensing rules/standards, keep written student records, and collect data and provide reports as necessary
- High School diploma
- Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
- Availability to work between 7:00 a.m.– 9:00 a.m. and/or 3:00 p.m.– 6:00 p.m.
- Reliable transportation required

Ensures that program participants receive academic tutoring based on their individual needs to improve their academic performance in reading, math, virtual assignments, etc.
