- Supervising a group of elementary-aged students
- Implementing program activities
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, families, Y colleagues and school personnel
- Maintaining licensing rules and standards, keeping written student records, and collecting data to provide reports as necessary
- HS diploma
- Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
- Available to work between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and/or 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Free YMCA membership
- Paid training
- Day of birth time off
