Animator and Educator for Daily Life and Leisure Activities for Minors

Animate and supervise leisure and daily life activities for minors, in line with the educational and pedagogical projects of the service. Participate in the development and implementation of the pedagogical project and animation projects:
• Participate in meetings for preparing reports
• Propose projects and adapted actions
• Evaluate conducted projects Animate and supervise leisure and daily life activities (after school/lunchtime break):
• Lead a project or activity with a group of children
• Welcome / Animate / Supervise / Manage the animation
• Accompany daily life activities
• Build animation materials
• Arrange spaces according to needs
• Manage the affective and moral safety of minors
• Apply and control hygiene and safety rules
• Develop and distribute communication materials Welcome families:
• Exchange with parents on the course of the welcome
• Answer questions and requests from families Part-time position of 9h35 weekly, annualized over the year

Knowledge of educational and pedagogical projects of the service, physical, psychological, and affective development of the child from 3 to 11 years old, child's rhythm, varied activities adapted to the child from 3 to 11 years old, notion of technical skills active listening, basic regulations specific to ACM, dialogue with children, build and develop a project in a team with children, create communication materials, identify children in difficulty and report them to the director, regulate conflicts between children, analyze, question one's practices, one's actions, implement techniques.

Art. L332-14 of the General Code of the Public Service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position in the waiting period for the recruitment of a civil servant. The proposed contract may not exceed one year, renewable up to a total duration of 2 years.
