LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – Anticipated August 12, 2026 through September 6, 2026
This assignment consists of teaching Kirtland Middle School Math
Must be able to provide effective individualized instruction to students in assigned classroom and with possible remote learning online
Rate Per Day: 125/ day (days 1-20), $150/ day (days 21-60), BA+0 (day 61 +)
- Valid Ohio Middle Childhood, Math License or Certificate
- Evidence of a clear record as determined by the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation (BCII) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
- Experience working with children in a school setting.
- Ability to maintain a well-managed, positive learning environment
- Flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and computer skills
- Review and implement regular teacher's routines, procedures and objectives
- Facilitate student progress in the functional curriculum
- Provide effective individualized instruction to students in assigned classroom and with possible remote learning online
- Establish and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
- Provide necessary support, communication, direction and feedback to assigned paraprofessional staff.
- Maintain regular, positive communication with building staff
- Regular and punctual attendance is required
- Other duties as assigned by school administration
