* in (m/w/d). Die Stelle ist befristet auf 12 Monate und umfasst 25–30 Stunden pro Woche.
Hauptaufgaben sind Einzel-Coaching, Profiling und die Begleitung von betrieblichen Erprobungen, um eine sozialversicherungspflichtige Beschäftigung zu ermöglichen. Sie arbeiten eng mit Menschen mit Behinderungen, Arbeitgebern und Kostenträgern zusammen und bauen Netzwerke aus.
