• Has experience working with young children and some coursework in early childhood, education (or a related field) CPL 1,2 or 3 ( wage is assigned based on years of experience and education/training documented in OCCRRA
• Ready to lend a helping hand and work as a team
• Supports families through daily communication and engagement
• Joins in on fun- singing and dancing
• Commits to watching students grow through the whole year (longevity)
• Provides social and emotional support and healthy relationships
