K-12 Intervention Specialist License-mild/moderate or moderate/intensive Teaching experience preferred Plan, implement, and evaluate student learning experiences Ability to promote a full range of learning options Help students manage behavior Passion for working with at-risk students with challenging behaviors Encourage parental involvement Support an inclusive educational environment Serve as a resource to teachers with students with disabilities in their classrooms Facilitate self-reliance, problem-solving, critical-thinking, creativity, and performance skills Current with technology Strong communication skills Excellent collaboration skills Relationship builder
